We are NSBE@UT; The National Society of Black Engineers at The University of Toledo. Our chapter was formed in 1988 in order to provide the black engineering students with the opportunity to achieve academic excellence, professional development, community involvement and cultural awareness of the milestones made by black engineers and scientists. With the help of the university, the engineering college, various black organizations, several Toledo corporations and the black engineering student population we are able to reach our goals.
