Why join Phi Sigma Rho?
RESOURCES - Get great resources to help you succeed in your classes. Weekly study tables can provide a good atmosphere to study alone or together. Weekly awards provide encouragement and competition to do well in your classes.
UNDERSTANDING - Since we are a sorority for girls in engineering, we understand 20 credit hour semesters and sleepless nights filled with homework!
FUN - Just because weíre engineers doesnít mean we donít have fun! From formals to socials, Phi Rhos know how to have a good time!
ENCOURAGEMENT - Itís great to have older sisters and alumnae as role models. They have made it through engineering and so can you!
NETWORKING - You'll earn points on your resume, and that will come in handy. Also, the networking for co-ops, internships, and jobs is priceless.
LEADERSHIP - You can be an inspiration to many women in engineering, and lead in other organizations. Many of our members are also in UT Engineering Council.
