Welcome to the College of Engineering, Office of Graduate Studies. Our office oversees all activities related to graduate programs in the college, and serves as an interface between the College of Engineering and the Graduate School. It is our goal for you to have an excellent educational experience as a graduate student in the College of Engineering, well prepared for an advanced professional career. The College of Engineering provides an outstanding academic environment in advanced engineering and technology areas of the 21st Century. According to Carnegie classification, we are a Doctoral/Research-Extensive university, among only five public universities in Ohio with that classification. Our graduate Programs make use of faculty expertise to conduct research in the high technology areas of the new economy, as well as the technologies that continue to underlie the economy of northwest Ohio. Through collaboration with industry and government, and the University of Toledo and other institutions of higher learning, students and faculty in the College of Engineering are making significant technological contributions in Ohio and throughout the world.
