On Monday, November 7, 2005 the College of Engineering
hosted a Eid Celebration. Eid ul-Fitr commemorates the month
of Ramadan, marking the end of the month-long fast. Fitr
means to break and therefore symbolizes the breaking of the
fasting period and of all evil habits. The event was
open to all students, faculty, staff, family and friends of
the College of Engineering.
