                       AGREEMENT OF ARTICULATION


                                BETWEEN

                     THE COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING
                  DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY


                                 AND


                     LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE
               (ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM)


This agreement is based on a review of the current EET Program of study at Lorain
County Community College (LCCC) and the Bachelor of Engineering Technology
(BET) degree program in Electronics Engineering Technology at the University of
Toledo. The BET-EET program is TAC/ABET accredited but its counterpart at
LCCC is not yet TAC/ABET accredited at this time. Joint faculty and administrative
review and discussion of these programs establishes the following agreement:

Students completing and graduating from Lorain County Community College with
the AAS Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology will receive credit towards
the BET degree in Electronics Engineering Technology for the courses listed below
when the following criteria are met:

	1.	An application to UT has been submitted.
	2.	Official transcripts have been filed with the UT Office of  Admissions.
	3.	An overall college GPA of 2.0 ("C") or better has been received.

Therefore, based on the existing EET program at Lorain County Community
College, a student will be able to transfer a maximum of 102 quarter hours toward
the 2+2 BET degree at The University of Toledo.  Additional EET credits may be
transferred as Free Electives but these would not count toward the BET degree.

UT-LORAIN EET ARTICULATION

A student may transfer additional credits from LCCC as lower-division courses
required to complete the BET degree.  The courses are listed below:

BET program. At the completion of the Transfer Module as described above,
paragraphs A through K, the LCCC transfer student could theoretically transfer a
maximum of 137 quarter hours toward the BET degree.  The following courses
remain to be taken at the University of Toledo to complete the BET-EET degree:

This agreement of articulation shall continue in effect until further review by either
or both parties results in the need for a new agreement, or until discontinued by
either or both parties.

This agreement is based on a review of the current Manufacturing Engineering
Technology (MFG) Program of study at Lorain County Community College (LCCC)
and the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET) degree program in Mechanical
Engineering Technology at the University of Toledo. The BET-MET program is
TAC/ABET accredited however, the MFG program at LCCC is not yet TAC/ABET
accredited at this time. Joint faculty and administrative review and discussion of
these programs establishes the following agreement:

Students completing and graduating from Lorain County Community College with
the AAS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology will receive credit
