"Remote Site" means Institutions computer labs, classrooms and offices located on Institutions remote campus, which are affiliated with the main campus and for which the main campus has fiduciary responsibility, as set forth in the Order Form. In Consideration of the license fees paid by Institution pursuant to the Order Form, Autodesk grants to Institution a license to reproduce and use the Software only at the Institution Site and Remote Site, if applicable, ("Institution Site License"), during the term of this Agreement solely for purpose of instruction, administration, facilities management and research. Institution's license to use the Software shall terminate when this Agreement terminates. Institution may not sell, license or otherwise transfer the Software or any license granted under this Agreement to any third parties. Reproduction and use of the Software by Institution shall at all times be strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Order Form. Institution shall make the terms of this Agreement available to every individual authorized by Institution to use the Software at the Institution Site and Remote Site shall be be responsible for enforcing the terms of this Agreement. This Software has been licensed as an Educational version and Institution may use it only for the purpose of training and instruction, and may not be used for commercial purposes. Institution may use the Software and Documentation only at the Institution Site and Remote Site listed in the Order Form and at no other location or site. The number of Remote Sites where Institution is authorized to use the Software is set forth in the Order Form.
