ECC does not change user/account names. To have the first and/or last name that is associated with an account changed: Send your ECC user/account name, old first and last name, new first and last name, and UT ID number to with the subject 'Change of name. Return e-mail will notify you the change has been made. firstname.lastname e-mail addresses will change along with this update. This allows you to receive e-mail with either your account name or your new firstname.lastname addresses (the old firstname.lastname will not work).
