    I have forgotten my password and I cannot find my the account card I received. What do I do?

    If you have forgotten your password, then please go to the help desk in NI1013 with your Rocket Card. There, the staff can request a password change for you and create a new password.

    Please note however that a new password can take a couple of days to process and isn't immediately available. Check back a couple of days after you submit a request to pick it up.
