The following instructions explain how to setup Outlook 2007 with an engineering account. 1. After opening Outlook 2007 go to Tools -> Account Settings. 2. Select New from the E-mail tab. 3. Check the Manually configure server settings or additional server types box. Click Next. 4. Select the Internet E-mail radio button. Click Next. 5. Enter your engineering account information into the boxes. Click More Settings. 6. Click on the Outgoing Server tab. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authenticaion box. 7. Click on the Advanced tab. Select the SSL option for both drop down boxes and change the port numbers. Click OK. 8. Click Finish. Setup is now complete!
