Engineering College Computing, or ECC, is a service organization within the College of Engineering whose sole mission is to support and maintain the centralized instructional computing laboratories in the college. In addition to ECC laboratories, the college has numerous departmental instructional and research laboratories that are maintained by the individual departments. ECC also maintains central file servers in the college and monitors the network that runs throughout the college.

ECC Information

Message of the day (MOTD)
The message of the day which appears on all ECC computers after a successful logon is reserved for system and network messages of importance to the operation of the ECC labs. The message of the day is not available for the use of general college postings or by other college or university groups.

If you need maintenance on a piece of equipment, either go to NI 1010 and fill out a Service Request Form or download one. This form can be turned in at our office or sent to ECC_SERVICE
