Installation of software on non-UT computers Commercial software packages are sold at a fraction of their retail cost to educational institutions for instructional use only. Software use licenses (generally) explicitly disallow the use of the software for administration or consulting. Consequently, software MAY NOT be installed on non-UT computers, unless the software license explicitly permits such installation.
