Ngalula Mubenga (Sandy) an Electrical Engineering student was just awarded a $2,500 scholarship from the GE Lloyd Trotter African American Scholarship Forum. This is a scholarship funded by GE employees and matching contribution generously provided by the GE Foundation. She will be recognized at the 2005 National NSBE Convention. She was the only UT student to be awarded a scholarship.
