Chi Epsilon The University of Toledo Chapter, Est'd 1992

Chi Epsilon is the National Civil Engineering Society founded at The University of Illinois in 1922. The society seeks to instill the principles of scholarship, character, practicality, and sociability into its members and the entire civil engineering profession. Membership in Chi Epsilon is only given to the select few who exhibit high scholastic achievement in their collegiate career.
